All our condos are 1- bedroom and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, with one or two pull-out sofas or futons in the living room for extra sleeping.  Upstairs and downstairs condos are identical in floor plans and similar in furnishings.

Your condo includes just about everything.  Linens are provided, there is a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in each unit.

Requests for specific rooms will be honored when possible on a first-come basis.

Upstairs units have balconies with views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Downstairs units have semi-private porches and parking at your door.  There is extra parking on the side of the building for the upstairs condos.

There are some pet friendly condos that do welcome small, well-behaved pets.  Pet owners pick up after their pets, keep them on a leash and don’t leave them alone in the condo unit.  Also Port Aransas has a tough leash law.
